August 28, 1994

August 28, 1994

Many people came to see a famous musician.  He performed a song.  The song told of God undergoing an inspection of His quarters and His work by a host of angels.  The angels were critical in their inspection.  When the song was over, many people cried “Heresy!” at the idea of angels standing in judgment of God.  The musician waited for quiet.  Then he said, “Do you think God loves the angels any less for their criticisms?  Do you not imaging that God says to us, as we pray to Him, ‘This I am, but thou please aid me’?*  Do you not see that God is asking, ‘What canst thou say’?”
