Friday night I went to see Paula
Poundstone at The Garde
Arts Center. She did a riff on being an atheist. "You
don't have to worry about me showing up on your doorstep some Saturday morning
saying, 'There is no word again today!' ... I'm not going to be handing you any
booklet - with blank pages!" It was
wonderful.
